I need to reset my PIN

If you have your username, you can click the “forgot password” link. If you forgot both, simply email support@adigo.com or call us at 888-552-3446 or +1 303-390-0700 and we’d be happy to reset it for you.

How are the costs for my calls calculated?

We offer multiple pricing plans, so we tailor them to the usage requirements of your company. Your costs calculations are customized to your plan. Email support@adigo.com or call us at 888-552-3446 or +1 303-390-0700 and we can look at your current pricing, and even look for ways to simplify and improve your plan.

When do I get my invoice?
Invoices are generally sent between the 5th and the 12th of each month.
How do I get a copy of your W9?
Email support@adigo.com and we’d be happy to send it to you.
Who do I contact regarding billing questions?

What do I do if something is wrong with my conference (i.e. cannot get into call, background noise, etc)?
If you are in a Live Conference, press *0 and an Operator will join the call. Or contact us at 1-888-552-3446 and the person that answers will help you.
How do I get the Conference ID for my next call?
Your ID is fixed so it is the same for every call! It is not necessary to schedule a call ahead of time and get an ID for each call.
I want a short ID – 10 digits is too cumbersome. Is that possible?
Yes, we can provision any length ID you want. Many customers prefer to have their 7 digit phone number their ID.
I don’t like the beep that plays every time someone joins or leaves my call. Can that be changed?
Yes, we call the beep an ‘announcement’. Announcements can be configured on a user basis so everyone can have their own settings based on personal preference. Announcements can be configured different for the host and the participants, as well as different for entry versus exit.

General Conferencing FAQs:

I want really fast entry. Can all the prompts be eliminated?
Yes, we have lots of different call flow options, including where people drop right into conference without having to enter anything!
I want to create my own user accounts on the fly. How do I do that?
We will provision you an Administrator account. This will allow you real time access to the system so you can create, modify, or delete user accounts on the fly.
How do participants join my conference?
  • Distribute your assigned toll-free number and Conference ID that is included in your welcome kit.
  • Participants dial into the same 800# and then enter your conference ID.
  • International callers should dial the country specific international toll-free (ITF) phone number for the country they are in. The ITF must be assigned and activated for your account (see below FAQ).
How do callers from outside the USA connect to my conferences?

We specialize in international participation, and offer Five different ways for your participants to get into your calls. In fact, we are one of the few companies that allow the host to dial out to international participants directly, without involving an operator. Our footprint covers over 80 countries and we have multiple numbers on different underlying carriers per country, so callers have a working number regardless of the network they are on. To avoid fraud, we only activate international access numbers on an as needed basis, so email support@adigo.com or call us at 888-552-3446 or +1 303-390-0700 and let us know which countries and users need access.

I want to get my own Automated conference account. How can I?

How can I add additional Subscribers to my account?
We’d be happy to provision additional users for your account. If you are the group administrator for your company, you can log into your administrator account and make these changes yourself. Or contact us by email support@adigo.com or call us at 888-552-3446 or +1 303-390-0700 and we’ll do it for you.
Do I need to make a reservation to have a conference?
No. Your automated conference is available for you to use at any time 24/7.
How many people can I have join my automated conference?

Your account profile has a setting for the maximum number of callers you allowed in your conferences. If you are unsure of the number of participants your profile is set up for, you can log into your account and verify the number. If you need to increase your profile capacity, email support@adigo.com or call us at 888-552-3446 or +1 303-390-0700 and we’d be happy to increase the capacity.

Can I control my conference using commands on my phone keypad?
Yes! The commands are located on the back of your Wallet Card and on our website here. You can also hear a list of commands while in conference by pressing **. You may also control your conference even further by logging into your account on our website here.
Can I record my Automated conference and when will the recording be available?
You can record your automated conference at any time throughout your conference. You can start the recording by pressing *2 on your telephone or you can log into your account and start your recording from the browser. You are not limited by having to start the call only at the beginning, and you do not have to reserve the function in advance. The conference recording is available immediately after your call by either downloading a wav/MP3 file, or calling into a playback recording over the phone. Please verify your contract for the associated charges.

Operator Assisted Calls FAQs:

Do you only offer Investor Relations calls?
No, we offer all types of Operator Assisted calls. We do provide Quarterly IR calls for public companies, and we also provide operator assisted calls for finance companies, company announcements, marketing webinars, and other events. We tailor the call to your specific needs.
We want to do a webinar but are not sure how. Can you help us?
Yes, many of our customers utilize our services for regular marketing webinars. We will walk you through the typical flow, and suggest specific ways for you to meet your objectives.
What different, enhanced options are available with my operator assisted call?
There are many features that are available. Since there is an operator you have unlimited flexibility in how you can run the call. Give us a call and let us know your requirements.
Do I need to make a reservation for my operator assisted conference?
Yes, we do require that you have a reservation for any of your operator assisted conferences. We prefer 3 days notice, but can accommodate most requests in a shorter time. Email support@adigo.com or call us at 888-552-3446 or +1 303-390-0700 and we’d be happy to make your reservation.
Can I have the same person conduct my conference each time?
Absolutely, we understand the need to have an experienced individual that understands your needs and requirements on each of your conference calls. You will have a Call Partner that is dedicated to your account and will conduct and reserve all aspects of your conference calls.
How can I ensure that only the people I want to listen to the conference are on the call?
Provide us with a list of specific participants that are only allowed onto the call. If anyone else tries to dial into your conference, they are noted and either turned away or we can set up a screening conference for you.
How can I access my recordings?
The conference recording is available immediately after your call by either downloading a wav/MP3 file, or calling into a playback recording over the phone. Please verify your contract for the associated charges.

Web Conferencing FAQs:

Do you offer more economical plans compared to Go2Mtg. Do you offer Webex?
Yes, we offer flat rate packages with unlimited use, so it is extremely economical. We also offer several different industry standard plans, so we tailor them to the usage requirements of your company. Contact us and let us know your particular needs so we can quote the most economical plan to fit your needs.
Can I share other programs besides PowerPoint?
Yes, all of our solutions include desktop sharing of any application. It is also possible to pass control and have remote control into someone else’s computer. This is a typical example of how web conferencing is used for technical support.
Is video via a web cam possible?
Yes, all of our solutions include video conferencing built-in at no extra charge. A built-in web cam or USB version works fine.
Is a special program or download required?
No, our solutions are web based so no download is required.
Are Macs, iPhones, Android and other mobile devices compatible?
Yes, we support PCs, Apple and all mobile end points.

Do you support both Polycom and Tandberg endpoints?
